Disappointing First Visit - Poor Service & Food Quality We had a bad experience during our first visit to White Orchid Restaurant, Kurseong. The staff was unresponsive and service was very poor. No one attended to us properly, and even basic requests were ignored. On top of that, the plates and spoons were dirty, which is unacceptable. The food was also disappointing -- almost every dish had the same gravy color and taste, which shows a lack of variety and effort in preparation. Very disappointed. Not recommended unless major improvements are made.
