Placed opposite to the Currency building, this is probably the best south Indian tiffin house, located in the Dalhousie area. Generally it is a tad bit crowded during the lunch hours. Also, the seating is congested. But, apart from that, the food is really good and delicious. Do try their Polao thali, which is the most popular one out there, along with the other south Indian dishes. Oh, last but not the least, all of their dishes are completely vegetarian.

Enjoyed a nice veg polau thali, it comes with sambar, aloo dum, raita and papar. Foods were really good and tasty. Prices are reasonable.

After looking at this cozy hotel my expectations was not high..but they prove me wrong by serving fantastic upma..I really loved the taste and the cleanliness..the served real quick.. Prices for the all the items are very reasonable. Please visit this place if you are a lover of South Indian dishes.

Kolkata oldest South Indian eatery located at office para Dalhousie.Food is very tasty and price is reasonable.Must try their Filter Coffe & Polao.
