This outlet is between behala bazaar metro station and narayan memorial hospital....it is a chain of south indian food...the price is on the higher side...seating space is less...setup is like a typical south ibdian joint...filter coffee cost 60rs which is very high compared to the location...
Food quality is good. Nice behavior & atmosphere. But not adequate space for dine in.
The worst dosa I have ever tasted...it's small like chilla and the coconut chutney is so runny like a watery texture... please don't waste your money this cheap quality food...only the packing was good for which they also charge approx 18rs extra.
Must try is idly chaat and filter coffee. The mysore cheese masala dosa is really good. This small joint did surprise me with the quality of their sambar and chutny which usually is a concern in south indian food joints. You can also try their amazing cold coffee and coconut barfi! The service people and the managers are very hospitable and efficient with the orders.
This is the 1st time I tried idlygo express Behala branch. This branch has newly opened one. Now coming to the menu, they really have a huge variety of items in their cards. I tried hot garlic rice and Mysore masala dosa, trust me the taste was amazing. We also ordered 2 lemon tea, that too was awesome. There are good offers going on, the happy hours start from 9am to 11 am and 5pm to 7pm and a special offer on dinner which is from 7pm to 10pm. A must try place for South Indian food and a pretty good variety of dishes.
