I visited this restaurant recently, and it was an average experience. The food was okay -- I'd give it a 3 out of 5. Some dishes had decent flavor, but others lacked seasoning and felt a bit rushed. The biggest issue, though, was the rude staff. From the moment we entered, they seemed uninterested and unfriendly. When we asked questions about the menu or requested something simple like water, they acted annoyed. Good service can really elevate a meal, but here it just added to the disappointment. With better staff and improved food quality, this place could be much better.

The 3 stars I'm giving for food is for pan fried chicken lollypop. I must say that was pretty good except for un-caramelized chunky onions, ratio of salt and sweet was pretty balanced. Now, coming towards the main course we ordered butter nun which was regular. Not very chewy which is nice, the base of the bread was a bit crunchy which I liked pretty much. Now the sad part. I was pretty confused about the main course so, I asked the waiter what's the signature recipe. He recommended "Chicken Kalimirch". Now I've had Chicken Dahi Kalimirch in "Club Hawks" of Raiganj. So my expectations were pretty high. But, when the brought it, it was a disaster. It was stinky probably not less than 3-4 days old, unnecessarily spicy, and the pieces seemed to be leftover pieces. I asked for the best item and they recommended me the item they must finish by that day. Good business trick, but, not customer satisfactory. There was also no place for feedback. Probably they don't want to improve themselves. Well the ambiance was pretty good, the staffs were well behaved, hygiene was great. If anyone want to have some starter then it's a good place but for main course it's a disaster. If I ever go there I'll go for starters. I hope the chef's tongue may recover soon.
