Very good hotel and restaurant at Falakata. In the roof there are two helicopter style dining rooms. The food quality and atmosphere is great.

Hand washing facilities are not available at the Helipad Dosa Center, and the dirty basin is unacceptable. This needs to be addressed immediately. Is the lack of cleanliness due to cost?

The restaurant has an appealing and well-designed ambiance, but unfortunately, the service quality was extremely disappointing. My order was taken after a delay of about 40 minutes, and the staff appeared unprofessional and inattentive throughout. The tables were not cleaned properly, which further diminished the overall experience. A restaurant with such a beautiful setting deserves much better service standards.

Shitty food. Garbage. Good quality and quantitu both was really bad.... Overpriced and portion size was to small... Food was really bad like shitty bad.. Not recommended... Please don't go by look.... It's a total garbage
