Very old restaurant, serving people more than 50 yrs. with delicious food. MasalaDhosa Rs70/ ; eating since it was costs 7/, but size was much bigger than today. Sambar & chatney like soup served on demand. DahiVada Rs60, it's flever not fulfill without fried Cumin+Chilly powder which they don't serve. And Dahi is also like milk. So it's incomplete in test, and I know it's preparation & test better. Ok If you are in hungry then test & quality may be compromised. Pay first- Take coupon of preferred food printed with price on it- then take your sit & time.

Everything is upgrading day by day but !! Ruma snaks !! They don't accept UPI which very bad now a days accepting cash will not help the store to stand !! Defending store from GST is the reason they accepting not accept UPI !! They have Food licence too

When I was younger, maybe 15-20 years ago... This shop was known as Ruma Sweets. The items here were delicious then. But now it was not that good. It was below average and overpriced. We can get various types of South Indian food here. They took lots of time to deliver. The food looks good but not that tasty. That's all I'm gonna say about south indian foods. And also the lassi was very bad.

An old eatery outlet with dine in and take away counter for the last so many years. Particularly specialist in south Indian dishes along with sweet and ice cream. A nice place to have food with family and friends.

EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK I got insect in my food, not once, not twice but thrice. 1st incident: Oct, 2021 During durgapuja got a plate of kochuri chat parceled home, was eating and found "2 COCKROACHES" in it. After this incident I visited and complained they gave us a plate of chat for ree. I thought may be it was a mistake for the puja rush as I've been visiting this place since my childhood and my parents since they were teens. 2nd: Last year visited the place with a friend of mine and we both ordered masala dosa, he found a "SMASHED HOUSEFLY" in the potato stuffing of dosa, we complained and they immediately gave us another plate of dosa which was fine. I again thought may be it was by mistake as I've been visiting this place since a long time and never expected this to happen. In between the first and second incident I've visited many more times and the food was fine. 3rd: 18th Feb,2025: I visited the place with my mom and ordered 2masala dosa. After incident 1 and 2 I really really eat carefully in this place and thus I found a "WORM" in the sambar. I called them and said, that this is the 3rd time I'm facing something like this, have been ignoring the previous experiences considering those as mistakes but this is the last time, no more after this. And the cherry on top is THEY SAW AND WALKED AWAY IGNORING IT AS IF IT WAS A PART OF THE DISH. So rude and unapologetic. I don't know why and how was I so tolerant about this place, should have stopped going long back. Guys compromise with taste but not with HYGIENE. They have recently painted the walls but they still continue to be UNHYGIENIC.
