Had the worst experience today. Bought 5 burgers. Got 2 home and gave 3 to our staff. Out of the 2 burgers 1 did not have a patty. How can you forget the patty in a burger...I can just buy myself a bun from anywhere. I don't need to spend so much at McD just for a bun. Not sure if any of our staff got the same. To top it the burger hardly had any mayo, lettuce and other ingredients as expected....why coz it was a takeaway and no one would know until they go home and eat it. Folks please open and check if your burger has a patty.... that is what the unprofessional, careless staff here expects from us.

Visited the place on 28th sept around 12.30pm . Had the worst experience. I wanted to change my order still standing in the line . The sales girl hurriedly punched in the bill very smartly then she said bill was already done. She could do nothing. I complained to the manager and she was very rude didn't even hear my complaints and said if you have booked from the kiosk order cannot be changed. Worst behavior. Very rude. Worst of all McDees I have been . Toilet was closed . Someone said it's always out of order closed. We had to go the mall inside for same. Store should closed too. Very irritating experience.

Located in the ground floor, it's one of the finest options for quick bite in the whole of Durgapur. The interior is beautifully decorated with plenty of space for sitting. Atmosphere is beautiful. It doesn't get very busy at afternoon, you can easily find a table. But the waiters are not prompt with clearing the tables. Once you look closely it's apparent that the place has lost it's charm. The space needs urgent renovation and upgradation. It would cost anywhere between 300 to 500 for a good meal per capita depending on your preference. We have ordered some of the combo items. Quality of food is alright. Now there are so many competitors to McDonald's that if they don't improve they would perish.
