Had their signature starter item diamond fish kabiraji, was literally good and tried first chicken finger quite ok. Hotly served food and handled by responsive as well as cooperative staffs. Ambience was good for family dinner or lunch.

This was my first experience in Mitra Cafe. Food was very delicious and well served. The ambiance is also good, with multiple paintings hanging on the walls. Must try - fish fry and prawn cutlet

Mitra caffe ambiance is good but quality of food and food safety is high . We went to celebrate Mother's Day and parent anniversary , we found hair in 3 items and they were unapologetic about that which is quite surprising . For me hygiene is above everything, so NO Go for next time and I don't recommend.

We went for dinner at around 9pm but we got our food at 10pm on the dot. We ordered Butter Naan, Chicken Bharta, Plain Naan, Mutton Rogan Josh and Egg Fried Rice. The combination of Butter Naan and Chicken Bharta was just heavenly and lip smacking good. The Plain Naan was a little hard but I think it could be due to the blasting airconditioner over our head. The Mutton was the softest mutton I've ever had in any restaurant.The Egg Fried Rice was neither too dry nor too oily , just perfect. In terms of service I would have to say that they were quite slow in case of main courses. It could be the kitchen is understaffed or the order of so many people was bulky. Overall the food was really very good with a nice ambience. Edit: Went during Jagaddhatri pujo. The menu had become a little limited as a lot of items were not available but it's understandable as the efficiency and delivery of food was very fast. Food quantity was sufficient and good as well.
