Very poor service , staff are no knowledge of digitaly for exam online transfer, address change , Very rod beheviour, but one point is very punctual tiffin time before time to start and no last time I want to request of management please change or transfer this type of staff. I transfer our address and distributer 15 days ago online mod moon light approved but united novelist say go on the moon light and come with hard copy. But online mode is no nessery of hard copy.

Most irresponsible staffs... Submitted docs regarding gas transfer and 10 days gone still no issue of cylinder and other new docs. Telling server prblm...Must complain at IOCL Headquarters needed for now.

This is totally a fraud LPG dealer of IOC. I wanted to transfer the consumer name from my mother to my son and for that I have submitted all relevant documents with original but they have misbehaving with me & they didn't do any cooperation with me, moreover they prepared a new connection form demanding the new connection charge worth Rs. 7500/- but for normal transfer required cost is apprx Rs. 700/-. I suggest all consumers for awareness and keep safely from that type of illegal and fraud LPG dealer.

Cylinder received after 5-7 days of cylinder delivered message received. Very much irritating service. Everytime this is happening.

Helpful and our transfer of gas address was done quickly.
