This means you need to reuse the same plate for the entire meal, which felt a bit odd and unhygienic. As for the food, the quality was subpar at best. Most dishes were served at room temperature, despite the restaurant not being crowded. The taste was inconsistent--many items were tasteless and lacked balance. On a positive note, the staff were polite, helpful, and professional throughout. Overall, the management needs to significantly improve the way the buffet is handled, especially in terms of food quality, presentation, and guest experience.

The old name of this resturant was Royal Biriyani. Now the name has changed to Bongo Rosona... The ambiance was great and well decorated. The lighting was also good. Staffs there were very cooperative and helpful, they guided us with the items we want and to our taste. Now about the food. The food was absolutely delicious, well made. The biriyani was good and so was the kebab. The only thing that was not worth was the sweet lassi, it tasted like raita... But other than that the taste and everything was good.

Visited Bongo Rashona, Chandannagar (A unit of Royal Biryani) and had a wonderful experience. The service was good, the food tasted fresh and authentic, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We tried 4 Bengali thalis - one Rashona Special Thali and three Corporate Thalis. Each thali was well-prepared, delicious, and more than enough for a single person. The flavors truly captured the essence of Bengali cuisine. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy tasty, authentic Bengali food with good service in a nice setting.
