Yesterday, I visited Nirala restaurant, and I must say I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The food quality was very poor, especially the biryani, which was completely unsatisfactory. I could hardly believe that in a restaurant setting, the food was served cold. Even after requesting the waiter to reheat it, the situation remained the same. Another major concern was the washroom. It was in such an unhygienic condition that it resembled a platform washroom. I felt so uncomfortable that I ended up vomiting there. I even advised my wife not to use it for hand wash, and she had to manage with tissues instead. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I am sorry to say that I will not consider visiting again.
