I've been a regular customer at Bhookemon for quite some time, and it has always been one of my go-to places for good food. However, for the past three months, my visits haven't been as satisfying as they used to be. The food quality seems to be deteriorating with each visit. Right after Dashami, we found the biryani to be unusually salty, and on another occasion, the crispy chili coating was quite hard instead of being crunchy and fresh. Today, when we visited to celebrate the Bhaiphonta (Bhaidooj) rituals, the food served did not match the taste and quality we've always experienced and loved before. I genuinely request the management to look into this matter and maintain the consistency that once made Bhookemon one of our favorite dining spots. Please take this feedback seriously and consider addressing these issues.
