I had lunch in their restaurant. Almost all the items in their long list of menu was available. The quality and quantity of the food is undoubtedly unmatchable in the area. Each and every dishes are made so authentically and tasty. 'Golda' i.e. jumbo prawns were served with malai curry; I tasted one of the best Katla kalia dish in my life; all the fishes in the mourola chochchori tastes fresh and had eggs; finally the remaining dishes like shukto, alu posto, daal, chutney served in the Veg thali are very tasty. They served payesh and rosogolla as well. And the kheer misti doi from Nabadweep ! Most importantly, they charge quite reasonable for the dishes. All the staffs are quite nice. The lady handling the reception is very sensible; she follows the queue even though people try to cut in. It's very nice of her. The waiters also behaved very nicely. We were asked several times about refill. Location-wise, it is slightly in the interior but you can hire an auto or toto to reach easily. It's a must visit. If they have all the food items available, it's worth visiting.

I've seen this review in Google before, but yet I'm here again to repeat the same. Visited this place with family during a trip to shantiniketan, the ambience of the resturant is moderate fine, but if we are concerned about the service, I'd say it's way below average. The menu has listings of numerous items that are unavailable, rather when asked, they said they can provide nothing but Thali meals which was first mentioned to be un-shareable. Later when requested, told us fine we can share but according to the rule the sharing thali in question won't be provided with refills, we'll I find that fare enough, but the irritation started when the server refused refills to all of us. For the context we were 5 people with 4 thalis and only one of us was sharing with the other. Later after a thorough discussion, we were given refill of rice once and then was left unattended. Without being said, we were missing food items from the thali and that remained unaccounted. I think it's fare enough to say, the service was 'Poor'.

We visited the restaurant. This is a family restaurant. Their service ks top notch. The food quality and quantity both great. We took veg thali and posto-bora. We had the one of most delicious meal. The staffs are extremely courteous. I would recommend people to visit and try the food to taste for themselves.

Today we visited the place it was really very good!! I personally liked the behaviour of all the staffs here. We met with Basanta here, he served the food he was very nice. Especially the way he managed us. The ambience of the place is beyond words and the quality of the food is too good!! I personally liked the taste, the place and the people. But I would request you all to taste their food once.

Today we had lunch here. Both service as well as quality were great. The decor of the restaurant is very good n the staff members are very helpful. Our auto driver had suggested this place Keep up the tempo. See you again soon Cheers
