Location is best. Its on Mall Road. People here are courteous specially Amit Ji from Restaurant and Shubham Bhatt from Reception. My phone fell off from the balcony onto the tin shed but Shubham went out of the way to recover it . Amit ji from restaurant is very polite and courteous. Food is also delicious and they can customize the food according to your taste. Due to Landslide on 15th september, we were left stranded in mussorrie. Hotel provided us a complimentary stay for 2 days. The staff is really nice. Thankyou to every staff member.
