Every team member -- from the servers to the manager -- was courteous, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers.
The food was absolutely top-notch. We ordered a variety of dishes, and each one exceeded expectations in both taste and presentation. The spices were perfectly balanced, the ingredients fresh, and the flavors authentic. I highly recommend their paneer tikka and butter chicken -- truly standout dishes. Disappointing Experience.
Visited with expectations due to its flashy ambiance, but the hygiene was shockingly poor.
Plates and glasses were visibly unclean, and the hand wash/basin area was extremely dirty.
Staff was polite, but that alone can't justify dirty serving standards. Food was average, and the overall environment felt neglected.
Needs urgent attention on cleanliness and maintenance. Won't recommend for families or kids.

I recently visited Mirch - Mood for Food, Sultanpur and was truly disappointed. The ambiance may look fancy at first glance, but hygiene is a major issue. Plates and tables were visibly dirty, the wash basin was in terrible condition, and the overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards.
Even though the staff was polite, it doesn't make up for the poor maintenance and food handling environment. I expected better from a place that charges premium prices. Definitely not safe or hygienic for families or kids.
