Let me tell you everything with a 5 months experience with them. I have been a customer of the Tiffin System for the past five months, but I am disappointed with their behavior, pricing structure and the way they handle charges. It's important for potential customers to be aware of this issue before committing to their services. I was paying X rupees for a tifin whose original price is y rupees, then when you are willing to leave the tifin service and you have only 4 days left, you can't pay weekly because of 4 days left, so you have to pay again y rupees apart from being a customer for 5 months. Now lets move to taste-> Aside from the pricing issues I mentioned earlier, I also have concerns about the taste and quality of the food provided by the Tiffin System. While there were some decent meals, I have noticed a consistent decline in taste and preparation when it comes to certain dishes, particularly the potatoes and mushroom-based dishes. Every third day, it seems like the potatoes are not cooked properly. Now lets move to deivery time-> If you are a regular customer then you will face a lot of variations in delivery time that varies from {7-9}pm and if you are unable to recieve tifin at 7 pm, you only will be blaimed. So lets talk about their reply too-> It is regrettable when a business fails to meet customer expectations and instead of addressing legitimate issues, chooses to shift blame. It is preferable to let evidence speak for itself. Therefore, I kindly request that you provide a single screenshot whenever I have not paid the full amount, kept a single rupee, or experienced payment delays beyond 4 lunches. Paying immediately upon receiving their message is not always feasible, and if a business cannot trust its long-standing customers for even two days, it raises concerns about their business acumen. Following this message, I will refrain from further replies as it appears that the conversation is veering towards manipulation of topics.
