Good service at your door step. Large variety of foods . Personally I feel price is a bit on higher side than when purchased in person at the spot but you can't complain when food is just one call away. So keep ordering on lazy days.

It's brought the first home delivery services in the town. It has many restaurants to choose your favourite food. But what the negative point is they take 70+ delivery charges in every order whether they show 50 or 60 the agents will ask 10-15 rupees extra

No doubt it's the fastest and reliable service for Agartala. But most of the time phone ordering line stays busy. Moreover I'm very much positive on you guys. Great job. And keep it up

They don't even bother to receive the call. Like seriously it is the worst service i have ever seen. They keep their number(the one given in the Google) busy for almost 30minutes, i don't understand if it's their personal number why they had given this number. Such irresponsible people are working in "FOODIELAL". Today, due to bad network, the call was disconnnected and after that we tried calling them for 8 times and they didn't even received the call. We thought, they will deliver the food as they had written our order and address. It was 8.00pm when i ordered the food. From 9.00pm i was trying to call them but either it was busy nor it kept ranging. Finally at 9.30pm they received the call, and one man said that they have not confirmed the order.... wow!!!! Most disgusting online delivery app. No bill was provided along with the food..The food was suposed to be delivered within 45mins..the delivery guy reached after 1.5 hrs.. I called the customer care and he was as arrogant as possible..he disconnected the call as he was unable to answer clearly.
