New Hotel Swathi Lodge

The ambience was fine but the service was poor. No staff around to take order and we ended up waiting 10-15 minutes during breakfast. We had some left over wada and asked them to pack but they simply refused to do so. Another staff said yes they can pack, left and disappeared forever. The currencies they returned were torn and were not ready to listen to exchange so I returned the torn ones as a tip ;) It seemed it was their strategy to get those in return as a tip. Would like to give them a zero rating for such poor service.

Very poor service and unprofessional staff. They give only one tissue per person, which is unreasonable. The water bottle served with food was damaged, yet the manager refused to exchange it and kept circulating the same bottle. Food quality was also below standard. Not recommended at all.

Food quality is good and service of staff is frequent.Pure veg restaurant.

We had dinner today, the food was very tasty ,we ordered idly,utappam,onion dosa,and the veg thali was very gud my parents were satisfied ....the best hotel tiffin in the lane

Today bought lunch at Swathi Hotel Secunderabad.. What a spicy food. I got stomach pain immediately and loose motions. Worst part is broad beans curry also very spicy. Kaaram.. Thrown away the food. Wasted Rs.130 and nothing eaten again. Remained hungry.
