Spring Bakers & Food Court

The restaurant and bakery offer good food that justifies the pricing. However, the service needs improvement as it is not up to the mark. The ambience is average, providing a decent but not exceptional dining experience.

I just ordered an egg puff,it came with full of red ants roaming on puff.When I made a call to the restaurant,they brought and gave me two egg puffs in return but those eggs inside puff are black in colour.Worst experience

When I was ordered paneer curry & butter roti but I'm not satisfied with this dish because total it's very un tasty so i suggested to management please focus on this point thank you...

Worst experience ever, was ordered thru Swiggy and the parcel was fully opened and the food was spilled out. Was connect to the concerned person and he denied to cancel my order. Then he replaced my order with the same food. And this is the 2nd time hpnd in one month. Bad service. It's better to stop sending orders thru Swiggy. Very disappointing service from you guys.

I visited Spring Bakery at Bodhan Famous Hotel and had a very disappointing experience. I waited for 25 minutes without any service, and the staff was unresponsive. The hall and seating area were dirty, and the behavior of the service staff was unprofessional. In the food and beverage business, customer service is crucial, and this experience did not meet those expectations. I urge the management to address these issues and improve service standards.
