I had a disappointing experience here. It took nearly 45 minutes to get a single masala dosa, even though they were continuously preparing the same dish for parcel orders. It felt like dine-in customers were not given any priority at all. One of the staff members (the person with black specs) kept ignoring us as if we didn't exist, which made the experience even more frustrating. If dine-in customers are not going to be considered, there's really no point in offering that option. Hope the management looks into this and improves their service. If there was an option I would have given zero star

I liked the quality of the food and the cleanliness here, which is well maintained. But overall, I feel Taaza Tiffins is overhyped. The chutney isn't tasty at all, and they don't provide allam chutney or sambar. At the Karmanghat branch, the crowd management is very poor and feels disorganized. Also, the ginger tea was very disappointing. They prepared it in front of us, but instead of boiling the ginger properly, they just added it to the tea and removed it in less than a minute. The tea was hot, but the ginger wasn't boiled at all, so it had a raw smell and the taste was off. We couldn't even drink it and left it unfinished. Good in some aspects, but definitely not living up to the hype.

Karnataka Style Food served in Telangana cooked by North East or Nepali Staff not being a racist but pointing out the mis match. When people buy franchises for the money or business without Presence will lead to these kind of issues. Dosa Dry as hell and no proper moist dosa nor crispy just Dry.... Available single Chutney scraping from the bottom of a barrel and waited patiently for 20 mins for the Tomato Chutney then the real drama of staff I made my quota for the day and I am not going to make it again. Counter person lady was on the phone giving out tokens, Staff being Hot heads and telling off customers go take your money back if you can't wait 15-20 minutes. I understand QSR model but seating is diabolical, out side in Hot sun is next to Impossible as harsh sun is burning those stones red hot. Over-all Below par Food, Ridiculous Staff behaviour and pin of a care or remorse kitchen or customer point of view. Decent parking for 2/4 wheelers. Will I come back I would request the owners to visit first to resolve issues, I will not because food is below average and staff are not friendly to put it politely. Overall a disappointing affair for me with my Kids and family. Business is Holy and a lot of money was invested if you don't overlook business especially Food industry you are the only person to be blamed. Replace some new staff 80% look disgruntled and not happy with your management. Before one of your staff hits a customer please take charge as a Friendly Food Blogger

We have ordered Tomato rice and pongal from this restaurant. Tomato rice quality and taste is good. But pongal was literally so bad. Don't eat pongal in this restaurant. They just add water, a pinch of turmeric and rice. You will utterly disappoint with this item.
