I had a disappointing experience here. It took nearly 45 minutes to get a single masala dosa, even though they were continuously preparing the same dish for parcel orders. It felt like dine-in customers were not given any priority at all. One of the staff members (the person with black specs) kept ignoring us as if we didn't exist, which made the experience even more frustrating. If dine-in customers are not going to be considered, there's really no point in offering that option. Hope the management looks into this and improves their service. If there was an option I would have given zero star
