I have been coming here for over five years, and the food has always been excellent. However, the ambience of the restaurant has noticeably declined with each visit. Around six to eight months ago, only one AC near the billing counter was working while the rest didn't function properly, leaving just the fans to cool the place. During my recent visit, the situation hadn't improved--tables were not clean and many had milkshake stains. When I asked for the table to be cleaned, the staff initially brought just one tissue paper for the whole table. After insisting two more times, they finally used cleaning liquid and a cloth. The staff explained that the tables had already been cleaned in the morning, but that's not sufficient--they need to be cleaned after every customer leaves. It feels like the focus has shifted toward online deliveries, leading to a neglected dine-in experience. People may still come for the good food, but if the dine-in experience continues to decline, guests might stop returning.

This review is based on Zomato orders only... Haven't tried going there..... I've Tried Chicken popcorn i used order it atleast once in a week it was delicious and good it felt fresh unlike other restaurants....and i also ordered Orange Mojito. it was okayish ....they do take instructions while ordering from Zomato or swiggy

Infrastructure is good the sitting is so different you won't expect it. And coming to food it is very good you have to try once if you haven't tried. I have order Manchurian pizza and Veggie cheese sandwich and very much satisfied about it. But after your order is placed you have to wait for atleast 10-15mins.

This place is big and looks good..... Little prizy ..... Food tastes ok and definitely not delicious... Service ahhh it's very late... I visited this place not once or twice may be like four times I felt the service is late ..... Best part you can play PlayStation and the other thing is this place has some descent parking ......

Food was good, but service late. Don't order food from Sweggy bcoz these people are collecting extra money compare their menu price. Here it is the proof. Chicken popcorn at their place is 100rs. But in Sweggy it was 150rs. including delivery it was 216rs. Steeling our pockets. Please avoid eating food inside of their place bcoz the before eating you'll get their toilet smile free with extra Fregenses..
