It's near to NITW, I usually take tea here in the evening with mirchi Bajji/vada/potato bajji. Tea is always good. Tea is 10 rupees. Mirchi Bajji / potato bajji is 5 rupees each and vada is they will give 5 piece for 10 rs.(Very small size). It's self service. Samosa size is very small for 5 rs. If you are working/studing in NITW, you can have tea with snacks in evening time.
One of the best place in and around kazipet area where tea tastes more like a home made tea.You can never see this place without crowd.
