The food was quite good in terms of taste and quality. However, the overall experience was let down by cleanliness and service. Many empty tables were left uncleared for long periods, which affected the hygiene and ambiance of the place. Additionally, the food service was a bit slow, which made the wait slightly frustrating. With some improvements in cleanliness and quicker service, this place could offer a much better dining experience.
Me and our friends have visited kfc to have a good time but an employee has ruined our day... i would not recommend you guys to go and have food offiline. The employee named vanitha who was soooo rude and not appropriate to behave with the customer. She tried to grab our phone and charged us more for the things we didn't even order. The way they reserved us were veryyyy bad. The experience was sooo bad! Would not recommend that!!
Gradually KFC in India is going down. Long waiting time suboptimal quality especially with rice. At a time when brands like Mc D are offering delivery in mins your counter staff ask for 20 mins and at one of the centre in Hyd it took 40 mins.
Delivering without paper bag and giving this food in polythene cover..being a international brand u people dont have stock of paper bags and asking for 6 rs charge..worst delivery
Great brand but very poor maintenance and not well managed team Not well trained staff of customer service Such a long wait of 40 mins just for fries Very Poor promotions knowledge of staff No specials of the day or deals are promoted Seriously not even worthy to wait for food Proper descriptions of combos are not mentioned by KFC team Not a quality product servers hear No proper sanitizing of the area Not even mentioning of wait time when it's busy Taste here is completely different with other stores and even the quality feels poor Don't expect and try this KFC here for first time KFC team they are packing the order like take away even if u dine in Finally you get a free fried leg if u order online when it's not severed within 7 mins of time
