The customer service needs a lot of improvement -- the staff were rude and showed a lot of attitude. The tea and masala chai were disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend trying the coffee either. Hygiene standards were concerning, as glasses were not being washed with warm water. Additionally, they were charging extra for soft drinks, which felt unfair. It seems the franchise is not maintaining the usual standards. Generally, this chain is known for good tea, but this outlet was the worst I've experienced.
