As a street food enthusiast, I always have an eye out for something new. Recently, I came across "Maa Oori Atlu," a small dosa outlet that caters to the fast-paced, on-the-go crowd. This outlet is part of a growing trend of tiny stalls that specialize in quick, immediate service. Today, I tried two mini dosas from Maa Oori Atlu. These dosas were fluffy and quite good, although I found the preparation process a bit chaotic, as they were preparing eight dosas at a time. Each dosa came with coconut chutney and what I believe was either tomato or ginger chutney. Price 10 per Atlu.
