Hotel Suprabhat

Been a frequent visitor and I see a decrease in staff response/respect too! -Please check your bill they will add an item you dint order too! - Food taste was fine but not this behaviour from staff! - Rush time, but staff irresponsible even when crowd reduced. - is it sambar? Or sugar water? -They simply say, if you want you eat don't argue while I just asked them isn't there an oven? To warm the upma served to me at 8:20pm for which they said it will be hot only mrng time! - my problem here is...when I told them upma is not hot? He put his finger on upma to check!!! Later what I've seen is he was removing the used plates with the same hand! - waiter said u order other item then I said no warm Karo...he mumbled something and informed manager. No response...I asked again then the manager came and said mam you order something only this warm upma can be, I said you don't have an oven to warm?for which he responded 'dont argue' but did I am arguing? It was a question na. We are paying for what you asked for you to serve us what is on the menu hot!

Ordered fruit salad and they only gave few pieces and apple is spoiled. Not recommended and meals are also avg taste. Go here if you are very hungry and other options are closed else avoid

This hotel is a very great place, and one thing I definitely need to mention is a senior manager here. He is a very competent and polite person with excellent overall observation skills. Once, I was at the hotel but didn't inform him that we were from GVK. Previously, GVK employees received a 10% discount, but I forgot to mention it. However, at billing time, I told him. He initially said that this policy was no longer in place and wouldn't be acceptable after dinner. Nevertheless, he gave me the discount. Yesterday, I also inquired about the 10% discount, and he informed me that the offer was no longer available, but he still gave it to me. I'm not saying he is good just because he gave me a discount, but his attentiveness to every customer's needs is remarkable. He focuses on individual requirements. However, I wasn't entirely satisfied because the general staff didn't seem to focus on individual customer needs as much; they seemed more engaged in group discussions."

Undoubtedly the food tastes good with lots of options in pure veg. But 0 stars for the service they offer. Too slow for the orders to arrive even when the crowd is less. Secondly they will make mistakes while printing bills and unnecessarily add water bottles in it even though you have not used it, then they will say once the bill is printed they can't change it. You are forced to pay the amount even if it is their fault. The manager seems rude, and instead of apologizing, he forces the customer to pay the amount which is falsely printed. This has happened not only once, but with multiple times. Don't know whether it's a commonly played tactic over here or not. Totally dissatisfied with the service.

On 17th May 2025, I ordered 8 items from Hotel Suprabhat Chaat on Swiggy but received only 6 items. Wada Pav and Dahi Samosa were missing. When we called the restaurant, the guy at the chaat counter was extremely rude to my mom and claimed we didn't even order those items, which is completely false! He even told my mom to "learn how to order online" instead of helping. The head of the restaurant wasn't any better, at least he wasn't rude but he was not helpful either. Thankfully, Swiggy customer care resolved the issue and worked with us for a refund. Also, the food here is inconsistent - ragadas are usually super salty while other items are bland and lacking flavour. It's honestly not worth the amount they charge. !!! Would not really recommend this place. Be careful when ordering. Staff is rude and not supportive at all.
