Authentic hotel with great dishes just we can tell iconic dishes the way they serve the foods were top notch but price was bit on higher side with limited portions but for the legendary iconic name ...just once a while go it suits but not as regular way...
Their butter milk is the best (5/5), Maysore bhajji was good (5/5), Masala dosa (3/5) curry was bad they exchanged for a puri. Puri (4/5) was good. Overall a good experience. Buttermilk was the best.
I went to have dinner here. I had pongal and dosa, both are very tasty. The ambience is very good here and hygiene is well maintained.
I recently visited Babai Hotel on KPHB Road No. 1, and I must say the tiffins are really tasty and worth trying! The quality and flavor of the food make it a popular spot, which is why there is always a rush. However, the self-service setup can make the wait a bit longer. One drawback is the lack of adequate car parking space, making it difficult to find a spot during peak hours. Overall, a good place for a quick bite if you don't mind the crowd!
I tried the breakfast here for the second time. The last time tried was in the evening few months ago and the rush was so huge that I could not wait that long. Well I thought it is over hyped but the taste is really good. I had their special ghee idly it is really amazing very smooth and the chutney is really good. Tried their pesarattu with ghee it is decent but the same chutney for both idly and pesarattu. The chutney is unlimited. Definitely recommend because of the taste and atmosphere can take you back to 90s.
