Went for tour. The dal, okra fry and rice was eatable. Many students skipped meals because of this... The rooms were nothing special. Just ordinary. Room service was poor. They didn't provide pillow for the extra bedding kept or comforter for the extra bedding and mineral water. Water was just kept in a huge stainless steel tumbler with a big plastic jug as a container (instead of a cup). Even for the meals, water was served like this. The safety of water isn't quite sure. I feel it's unhygienic. The toilet flush didn't work properly. Those who shared rooms had issues because of that.

This hotel is so neat and food is delicious with a good hygiene. If you want to give good food to your family I can suggest this hotel. Prem and pranay are so humble and they clearly understood what we want and very polite behaviour.

It lacked flavor, freshness, and basic presentation. Every dish tasted bland and stale, as if it had been prepared long ago and reheated multiple times. For the price they charge, I expected at least edible food, but this was a disaster. Cost: Speaking of prices, the food here is outrageously overpriced. The portions are meager, and the quality doesn't justify the cost in any way. It felt like a complete rip-off, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for value for money. Hygiene: Hygiene is a serious issue in this restaurant. The place was dirty and unkempt, and it looked like the staff didn't care about cleanliness at all. The tableware was poorly cleaned, and the overall environment was far from welcoming. Worse, a peek into the kitchen revealed an appalling lack of hygiene. It was filthy and chaotic, making me wonder how such a place is even operational. Staff Behavior: The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They seemed uninterested in serving customers and were openly dismissive of feedback or concerns. Any questions or requests were met with hostility, making the entire experience even more unpleasant. Ambience: The ambiance was no better - noisy, poorly maintained, and uncomfortable. It felt like the management had put no effort into creating a pleasant dining environment. Overall, I strongly advise against visiting Hotel Shreya in Warangal. The combination of terrible food, high prices, unhygienic conditions, and rude staff makes it one of the worst restaurants I've ever encountered. Save your money and your health by choosing a better dining option elsewhere.
