Life time tension is free.I buy jupiter 125 2025 model january 13th just one month, scooter starting problem, service engineer told battery down, 3 days they check and charge battery, next 2 weeks same problem, they told guarantee period so we'll change battery 4 days. Again same starting problem 2 months service team told auto off switch problem. No one knows how to solve what's main problem. Refitting panel very good finish.If u call service engineer he answered 2 mins I'll back call but never call back. Totally scammer service center.

When I bought jupiter 125 i asked for the assured tank full of petrol and the service person gave token for 100rs and told already 100rs petrol is there in the vehicle and during rto we will give 100rs petrol. If not given ceruppaal attingk ennn koopppttttaar. I had 6 services with them, never the service completed in a single visit. Some times my vehicle kept there more than 20days. During 3rd service they told oil is good and no need to change, I asked them to change in front of me they there was very little black thick oil coming out.

I got jupiter 125cc in pandian motors villapuram branch last year. Their service is very worst we said a complaint last six months every service they told we cleared your complaint but still complaint had two days also they do like that but service cost is high they told we changed parts but still same problem have in vehicle. They did not response our questions. But when we took vehicle that time they talk pleasantly after took vehicle they didn't give proper response.

Very very worst behaviour of staff, service very poor, attitude behaviour, intention to bill but not satisfied service.... Suggest to prefer other showrooms or local services...
