I recently ordered from here and was really looking forward to enjoying a delicious meal. Unfortunately, the delivery took an extremely long time - way beyond the estimated time. To make matters worse, the food quality was subpar. The dishes I ordered were overly salty and oily, which made them almost inedible (Repetition of the same Even I have highlighted the issues). I hope the restaurant takes our feedback seriously and works on improving their service and food quality. *Rating:* 2/5 stars

Negative: Slow Service, We experience slow service at the hotel's attached restaurant. It took longer than expected to be seated and to receive our food, the delays affected our experience a bit. I hope they improve the service speed in the future Positive: Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were generally very friendly. The location was perfect, close to all major attractions. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

For us this hotel was the best. We travelled from Varkala, we couldn't find any hotel. The service and taste was pretty good. Lots of options available. The cost is also very minimal.

I am really say this. The food is below the average. The ambience are looking good and stylish, even the staffs were kind and polite. But regarding the food taste, we are disappointed. The food taste were not upto the mark. Being a single restaurant in the highway. Kindly focus on the food part. Variety of menu is there, but taste doens't equalise the ambience. We are travelling from South zone. Every restaurant we had were so good. Compare to that it's very bad.
