The food had a homely touch, and the staff, who are also the owners, were incredibly kind. While the food was slightly overpriced, it was both flavorful and comforting. Located in the heart of Valparai, right on the main road, it's a convenient spot. Highly recommended for vegetarians, as the menu is entirely vegetarian.
Valparai doesn't have many decent pure vegetarian restaurant options. I found Sabri Mess on the main road in Valparai town, and the food is tasty. There are couple of mess with same name. The one I went to was just around the corner of bus stand. Opp. Of bus stand. I only had dinner there once, trying the parotta curry and ghee roast dosa. It tends to be crowded, and they prioritize local (Tamil) customers. However, I enjoyed the food, and it was the only restaurant we could rely on for pure vegetarian meals during our stay in Valparai. I didn't find any pure vegetarian messes near Sholiyar Dam.
Visited the place during our visit to Valparai. It is a pure vegetarian restaurant located in the Main town of Valparai. The food was great here and service was a bit slow. They have very limited seating arrangements here and they serve a typical Tamil Nadu style lunch here. If you are looking for vegetarian food in Valparai you should visit this place.

Loved the food. Service is too good. We were thinking we will not get meals for dinner but we were provided very tasty dinner. Quantity & quality also good. Best place for pure veg lunch, breakfast and dinner .. highly recommend
