I went to this hotel for dinner and had a very bad experience. The server was very rude. I ordered a masala dosa, but he gave me a plain dosa. When I asked him about it, he said something like, "This is Tamil Nadu, not Karnataka or Andhra," and blamed me for not speaking clearly. After I ate the plain dosa, I asked for puri, but he brought me a pudi dosa instead. I don't understand how such rude people are allowed to work in this hotel. The service was terrible. If you are from Karnataka, Andhra, or any other state and visiting Tiruvannamalai, please do not go to this hotel. It felt like they were treating us differently. When people from Tamil Nadu come to Karnataka, we treat them with respect. But here, they behaved badly with us. I came here to visit the Arunachaleswarar Temple and Ramana Ashram, but this was my first bad experience after reaching here.
