We had lunch here for 2 days. The meals and curd rice along with Special kothy parotta was really good. The service is quick and well attended. Only minus is that the next day, chilli Parotta was fried too much and it was harder to even chew. Otherwise I would've given 5 stars. There is a FOC street parking in front of the hotel.
Very good veg restaurant in Thiruvanveli. South meal was good. Tried sweet paddu and Madurai halwa. Both are extraordinary and must try here. Outside restaurant, ready to eat food are available.
Undoubtedly best fine dining vegetarian restaurant in tenkasi. Has huge place to accommodate big crowds in both Ac and non ac halls. Good service taste of food is good, pricing a bit high. Parking facility available. Most of holiday and season time it's too crowded. They have seperate sweet , snack counter as well.
For onam sadhya i ordered 2meals. But when i received ..one parcel is normal food they use to deliver in hotel daily. In that parcel no onam sadhya menu mentioned in advertisements. They have mentioned Boli, 3types of Payasam.but nothing was there.very bad experience
Serious Complaint Regarding Staff Behavior at Thiagaraja Nagar Branch I am extremely disappointed with the service at your Thiagaraja Nagar outlet. The behavior of the waiter and waitress was very rude and unprofessional. Even worse, when we tried to escalate the issue to the manager, we were shocked to find that the manager himself spoke to us very badly. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially in a service-based industry. We are paying customers, not beggars, and deserve to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. The staff here clearly lack proper training in customer service. I sincerely request the management to take strict action against such behavior from both servers and managers. If this is not addressed, it will damage the reputation of your establishment. Please ensure that future customers do not face such disrespectful treatment.
