The food at this hotel is decent, but the management and service are absolutely terrible. The waiting time is ridiculously long completely unacceptable. I had to wait far too long for a simple meal, and the staff seemed indifferent to the delay. There's clearly no sense of urgency or respect for customers' time. The management appears disorganized and unprofessional, with no effort to improve the service. While the food might be okay, the frustration of waiting makes the entire experience unpleasant. I would not recommend this place at all.
