"I recently had a disappointing experience at this hotel, which claims to be a high-class vegetarian establishment. Unfortunately, the hotel's maintenance and service did not live up to its name. The prices were steep, but what was more concerning was the quality of service. We were served tap water, which tasted salty, during dinner how kids will drink this water.? This was particularly disappointing for a hotel that charges premium prices. The quantity of food was also insufficient, and the taste was average. Our bill came out to be over 400+ for two people, which seemed excessive given the subpar experience. restroom also not well maintained. This is not an isolated incident, as I've faced similar issues with food quality at two other hotels in Salem. It seems that Salem has a long way to go in terms of providing a satisfactory dining experience."
