Dear friends, avoid this hotel Reason for this avoid suggestions is below. Poor Service with poor employees. The hotel looks grand from the outside, but even small roadside food stalls offer better quality and good service to customers. Today I visited this hotel for breakfast and asked one of the employees for Idli. He said, "No Idli as of now, and if you want Idli, it will take some time." I said okay and ordered three dosas instead. He served the dosas with sambar and chutney. I didn't eat the sambar and asked for more chutney, but the server said that his management had instructed him not to serve extra chutney. That's understandable, but the way he said it was very poor, and the customer service was terrible. I felt really disappointed with their attitude. I even informed the manager, and she also said, "Yes, we don't provide what customers want. This is our rule." Dear friends, if you are hungry, please just drink water and move on with your work. Don't visit this hotel, especially not for breakfast -- they might spoil your whole day's mood. They are running the hotel not to provide good food or service but just to follow their own rules and policies. Even small roadside shops treat their customers much better.
