What caught my attention is how clean the place is and there's no use of plastic if you eat from the food truck. A couple, who serve healthy meal at an affordable price. I've seen them place this truck on the same road at another location where there was no crowd. They moved in here and the Idlies were sold out in an hour. You get Idlies, Dosa varieties and omelettes with 3 sides and Sambar. Freshly made, quality is great too. They'll have to work on the crowd management. Nevertheless, definitely a must try.
