This place is crowded at all times. If you're ever on the Chennai - Bangalore Highway, do stop here and try their breakfast. They never charge you earlier, no token system, no one losing their cool, etc. The people are here for the love of cooking food and serving people and you don't see that in this industry much. Loved their Pongal, Vadai and Poori. Do hit here, when you have time ( like a long drive) or if you are close by.
Chutney can be little thicker than now. For this price taste is good. Only standing not place for sitting.
Home made tiffin centre.
It's a roadside shop where you have no seats to sit on. But the food is good and tasty. They use banana leaves on plates to serve food. So it's clean. The cost is very nominal. Best option for your breakfast.
At Chennai to Kanchipuram National High way (opp to Jain Temple near kachipuram). Morning 7 am to 9.30 am.Sunday holiday. Pure South indian breakfast item..Has to stand and eat but very comfortable place for four /two wheeler. They bring items in a mini van and poori is fried cutt cutt. Attracts lot of eaters for homely/unadulterated breakfast .Very nominal rate......Never miss it. Enjoy with family/friends.
