Appetiser served with meals was good. Rasam I liked but the rest I didn't like at all in the meals. Only the hotel owner/the cashier was courteous. The serving lady staff for not even considerate in giving the required gravies. Definitely will not return. The hand wash area smelt very bad
Very bad experience, not sure how others are rating high for this restaurant. First of all the food is bad. Only the Rice and Rasam are fresh and rest other gravies were bad especially the chicken gravy is tasteless. The service staff especially the ladies are very rude when you don't order any extra side dish. They shown faces when we ordered just non veg meals and they were upset for upselling was failed. Those ladies didn't even served properly especially they put rice and served just one spoon volume of some random gravy, when asked about the gravy name they answered unwillingly that it is a prawn gravy and when asked for chicken gravy instead, the lady staff told 'first eat this, I will serve next' in an unpleasant manner. the management should teach the serving staff how to behave and improve the food quality.
Food taste is good. We tried non veg meals and few starters. The service should improve more, because we waited for a long time to receive our orders.
Accidentally went to this hotel. Tastes very good. We order Chicken biriyani, pepper chicken fry and non veg meals. To our surprise the ambience, tastes and service was good. We never know that this restaurant so good food. Non veg meals has some unique gravies like Prawn Gravy, Quail Gravy and Normal stuffs like fish, mutton, chicken, rasam and butter milk. They also serve nethili thokku and some piece of fish. We really enjoyed every bit of the meal. If your in Perambalur. I would strongly recommend to have food here.
