Stating time tastes wise ok. But now a days worst taste of all dishes even briyani. Not worth. I feel they run just using that name only. I'm not recommended hereafter. I was order chicken noodels(salt missing), chicken fried rice(rice too hard), mutton briyani(it's like below tomoto rice), butter Nan with paneer butter masala(This only ok). Totally upset.
- came first time but not able to get biriyani. biriyani finished before 8.00. - taste is below average. - need improvement in customer service. + good ambiance and neat and clean environment.
The taste of the biriyani was average. We found a insect on the table which moved to our banana leaf and moved on top of the chicken bones which were left on the banana leaf, but luckily we finished eating before it got in to our leaf , when we informed it to the restaurant manager no apology was extended and no corrective measures where taken which shows that they are no way intrested in customer satisfaction and the customer retention.
Honestly, probably the worst hotel I've been to. The mutton biryani was way too oily, service was terrible, and there wasn't even any AC.
We bought chicken briyan and lalipop.in chicken briyani chicken are not boiled and also very hard.. in pattukkottai vappa is very worst hotel ..
