I had veg thali meals for lunch. The meals were very tasty, especially the podi. I found the service to be attentive and prompt. You would need to pay upfront at the cashier who would then issue a token to you, which you would then need to handover to the waiters there.
Very worst experience, we had a bill amount for 802. Simply we would have better food in an roadside mess and put this money in the Vaigai river. Suggestion to google is to give negative stars to comment. Don't go here at night
Today I visited this hotel... situated close to the main road and have ample parking facility... maintained very neatly and cleanly... only vegetarian options are available.... very tasty food... staff are very cooperative and helpful.... food is supplied on green leaf....tea coffee, snacks are available
I ordered two plates of idli and dosa, and the server brought everything together at once in a minute. I was surprised to see the dosa served along with the order. The idli was very nice, but the dosa seemed reheated, as if it was leftover from a previous order--very disappointing. I asked the server if I ordered another dosa, would it be fresh or reheated like this one. He was shocked, clearly not expecting us to raise the question. The next dosa he brought was fresh and good. *Madurakaranukae vibuthi adika paakuriyae? Matha ooru state kaarana ennana panuva!* Please be genuine when serving food. Incidents like this spoil your brand. Also, I feel the service needs improvement. We had a slight hesitation about dining here when we entered, as we noticed another customer shouting at a server. Such incidents create a negative impression and must be addressed to maintain your reputation.
We stopped here for breakfast on our way to Munnar and were delighted by the experience. The restaurant offered a variety of South Indian classics like dosa, idli, pongal, and vada. The server was incredibly polite and even took the time to show us how to pair the dishes with the various sauces and spices, which added to the authenticity of the meal. Everything is served on a banana leaf, adding a traditional touch to the dining experience. The dosa, in particular, was perfectly crispy and delicious. This is the ideal spot to start your day with amazing food, warm hospitality, and great vibes. Highly recommended!
