Exceptional food and thoughtful in-room dining service The food at Adler's Restaurant deserves its own review. Every dish I ordered was fresh, flavourful, and cooked with real attention to detail. The kitchen staff always listened to my special requests -- from extra vegetables with my grilled chicken breast to getting my pancakes just the way I like them -- and ensured everything was served promptly. The vanilla milkshake with a touch of honey was a standout, as were the hearty salads, perfectly done French toasts, and comforting continental and Italian dishes. While their Indian and Chinese menus are well executed, it's their continental and Italian food that truly shines -- comforting yet light, with a finesse I haven't experienced even at five-star hotels. As a solo female traveller, I really appreciated that in-room dining was always delivered by female staff. This simple but important gesture made me feel safe and cared for. Every delivery was warm, courteous, and respectful of my wish for a peaceful, unhurried stay. If food and thoughtful service matter to you as much as the location, Adler's will exceed your expectations.

I had a wonderful experience dining at Adler's! The food was absolutely exceptional, with every dish tasting fresh and flavorful. I was traveling with my baby to Sherlock, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us by taking special requests for my little one, which I truly appreciated. The ambience of the restaurant is very pleasant and calming, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxed meal. A special mention to David, who handled all our requests with so much patience and care -- his hospitality really stood out. The breakfast spread was another highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, Adler's managed to make our visit feel both comfortable and memorable, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A tiny restaurant suitable mostly fr in-house guests as it's situated way up on Tiger hill.Went to check the rooms n ended up having a salad n tea.Small n quaint.

A hidden gem of Ooty. The service and ambience was stellar!!! Service was so memorable wonderful ! The waiter, restaurant managers and chef were exceptional in terms of welcoming, making us feel at home, recommending the food options according to our taste and choices. Then Mr.Bala -who even arranged a return auto for me to head back to Ooty main road at half the price that I had paid for reaching riding from West Mere to Tiger Hills. Ambience:- Spectacular!!! Whether it's their Sherlock Holmes themed restaurant transporting us to a mini Victorian Era London or their garden it was so lovely. Happened to take a walk around their lawn, tall trees, a variety of birds, twittering, and swaying on the flowery branches, their aesthetically crafted, perfectly manicured garden- an awesome retreat. Remembered Wordsworth's words from the poem 'Daffodils':" ........for oft when on my couch I lie, in vacant or in pensive mood, they flashed upon the inward eye, which is the bliss of solitude"

Great food, great service, a bit isolated from the city noise, overall a very cosy vibe.
