Horrible and Shocking Experience - Please Read Before You Decide to Eat Here We ordered food from this restaurant, including Chilli Parotta. To our utter shock and horror, while eating, my husband found a used bandage inside his food. He had it in his mouth before realizing what it was. He immediately rushed to wash his mouth and even vomited everything due to the sheer disgust and fear of infection. This was not just unhygienic - it was life-threatening. Imagine if a child or an elderly person had consumed it unknowingly! What made things worse is that the hotel owner and manager showed no sense of responsibility or concern. Instead of apologizing or showing urgency, they casually said, "Except for the chilli parotta, you can pay for the rest of the food." Shockingly, we still ended up paying the bill. There was zero accountability or empathy from their side. As a family, we were completely shaken. I had my mother and child with me - what if something worse had happened? This kind of negligence can cost lives. My humble request to everyone: Please be cautious when eating from hotels with hidden or unclean kitchens. Think twice before feeding such food to your kids and elderly family members. Your health and safety matter more than convenience. To the Food Safety Department: We strongly urge you to take strict action against such negligence. Incidents like this cannot be ignored. Food outlets must be held accountable for hygiene and customer safety. Proper inspections, penalties, and strict monitoring are urgently needed to prevent such disasters in the future. This is not just a bad experience - it is a serious public health concern. I sincerely hope no one else goes through what we went through.
