The worst customer service I ever had.Sure! I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. Even though the family dining hall was completely empty, the staff rudely told us to "go out and wait" without any proper explanation. Their behavior was unprofessional and dismissive, showing no respect for customers. It seems they think they are the only good option in Muthupet--but trust me, they're not. If you're looking for better service and a respectful atmosphere, I highly recommend Halal Taj in Muthupet. The staff there are much more welcoming, and the food is also great. Don't waste your time here--there are better places nearby that actually value their customers.
