I ordered Ceylon Egg Parotta through Zomato on Sunday(28/9/25) night. Had a little doubt on the taste while eating itself. After 2 hours had severe vomiting followed by diarrhoea the next day. Not this one incident same day afternoon my brother ordered a Mutton Biryani through Swiggy and he also had severe vomiting at night.Note - We both didn't eat anything outside food or unusual food that day expect this.I really doubt the food hygiene in this restaurant. Never had any experience like this before in any of the restaurants around Marthandam. But this restaurant gave me a nightmare. Had to take medicines for 3 days for Acute Gastroenteritis. Please focus on food hygiene and preparation.

I visited this shop around 5:30 PM. The person who attended to me behaved very rudely, handling customers in the worst possible way. I asked for a dish and he replied it would be ready after 6 PM. When I said I would wait, he insisted it would take even longer, clearly unwilling to serve me. Eventually, I asked what was available and he mentioned they had grill varieties. I ordered the black pepper grilled chicken and fried chicken. The grilled chicken was not fresh and seemed microwaved. The fried chicken was okay, but nothing special. When I requested normal water instead of bottled water, the waiter initially ignored my request and only provided it after repeated asks. Overall, the dishes were not worth the money and the service was abysmal. The ambiance was okay, but they definitely need to improve their service. It was one of the worst experiences I've had dining out.
