No spicy at all. Enjoyed the taste of respective main and side dishes. Serving and cleaning staff are gentle and polite. Kuruma is based on coconut milk , vegetables and not with extreme spicy.

To the Restaurant Owner, We visited your restaurant for breakfast yesterday on our way back from Madurai, and I felt it necessary to bring a few concerning issues to our attention, as we were unable to find any responsible manager or staff member to report this to at the time. Upon entering, we noticed several tables uncleared and had to seat ourselves at one of them, expecting someone to clean it shortly. Unfortunately, despite waiting for over 25 minutes and informing multiple staff members particularly the women moving around the dining area the table remained unattended. Each time we asked, we were told, "It will be done," but no one followed through. The women staff were just moving around with a least bothered attitude, showing no sense of of responsibility. In contrast, the male staff members attending to the next two sections were assisting customers, and we noticed that guests who arrived after us were served their food well before us. When we attempted to place an order, a female staff member told us, without even looking in our direction, "The captain will come, sir. We have only one captain." Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. After multiple follow ups, another lady finally came to take our order, but even then, about 10 minutes later, a different staff member approached us and asked us to repeat our entire order again. This cycle repeated several times. Each time a staff member came to our table, we were asked to confirm or repeat the order. Ultimately, it took 30 minutes to serve a dosa, The tea that was finally served was no better than hot water with sugar completely lacking in taste or quality. I generally avoid writing negative reviews, but the repeated carelessness, and lack of basic courtesy from the staff left us no choice. It was a deeply disappointing experience.

One of the oldest local restaurant with fast customer turnover, thus service is very prompt. Had one of the best veg Pongal of my travel to TN. Based on online reviews ordered Milk halwa which was mediocre. Recommended for quick & filling breakfast at pocket friendly price. It is on Walkable distance from both Amman temple & Madurai bus stand or even railway station.

Worst Service experience, I came for lunch meals, me and my father, Service person suddenly came and showed his palm without even asking for the meals coupon, then he placed banana leaf, then we started having food, first they placed all vegetables without placing pickel and salt, then we proceeded with rice, sambar, when having rasam and going to go for curd still appalam and gilebi was not given inspite of asking so many times then it came late, white shirt service person with specs I don't know his name don't give extra vegetables inspite of asking he went without seeing our face, then suddenly he went and was laughing and giggiling about a customer sitting opposite to me who was eating, he was asking for more rice than normal customers, so I think so, I don't know the reason , why laughing and giggling at customer's for no reason, then rice person will not see your face always seeing the roof of the hotel will not see customer face, they behave like we have to beg for rice, Good Things : Apart from service, the rice is the best rice I have ever had, sambar also good, why no vatha kulambu? Only more kulambu was there, pickel was nice fresh, rasam good, vegetables all were fresh,butter milk was excellent best ever I had anywhere , gilebi was good , keep up the good work, have to improve service , I would surely recommend this hotel if you want to have good food especially lunch meals but they test your ego and self respect, go eat the food and come ignoring the service , it's good, Very Good Quality Lunch Meals
