Very bad service i faced in this hotel.. We are stuck at the lift due to power gone.. In that hotel DG is there but no diesel.. We are asking for help but the hotel staff are not taking any action.. After 20 minutes we opened the lift door forcefully after that the hotel staff were saying simply no diesel... What can we do?? there is no responsible person in that hotel
Very bad experience!!! They broke our car rear view mirror and never bothered to let alone explain even apologize!!!! The bfast there is inedible!!!
Very poor service. Breakfast:- no options only when the hotel is full options will be given. Dosa will be provided as per the hotel choice. Hotel toilet :- flesh system not in condition. Hot water will be provided only on request. Room cleaning:- only on request.
Worst place in madurai. Lodges are better than this. Don't stay. Very high price for this poor , stinking room..
Is right in business and temple area. Bus stand and railway station are all in walking distance. Area has poor sewerage so gets water logged if it rains.
