Served yesterday parotta. No proper response from cashier and server.. very close to government hospital.. after eating, we can walk and admitted in hospital

We traveled from Bangalore to Madurai, and behind this hotel, there were some other options available. We decided to have dinner here. My friends wanted to go to a different hotel, but I insisted on trying this one to see how the food was. Honestly, it was a complete disappointment. The food had no taste at all. We ordered fried rice, kothu parotta, rava dosa, Gobi fry, and paneer. The paneer was spoiled, and the overall taste of the food was terrible. We barely ate anything, just a little, paid the bill, and left.

Ordered dosa is not hot so we request fresh one for that supplier lady respond imploitely. Even though we gave tip to her but he is not ready to take. Need improvement in taste and Service.
