Absolutely worst service. Had to pay twice my bill amount for no fault of my own. The management is yet to process my refund. When I asked, the billing manager Mr. Sathish was very rude and shouted at me and accused me for no reason. The management should definitely look into this and make the necessary changes. Please make sure you process my refund asap. Ridiculous! Update: Got my refund processed. Thanks to the team!
