Absolutely worst service. Had to pay twice my bill amount for no fault of my own. The management is yet to process my refund. When I asked, the billing manager Mr. Sathish was very rude and shouted at me and accused me for no reason. The management should definitely look into this and make the necessary changes. Please make sure you process my refund asap. Ridiculous! Update: Got my refund processed. Thanks to the team!
Worst experience ever! (Especially in service) The people serving here have absolutely no manners or basic courtesy. They behave as if we're eating for free. No one expects them to smile, but at least they can stop showing such faces to customers. If you call someone for help, they act like it's none of their business. What kind of service is this? The food quality has dropped badly. We've been eating here for more than 4 years, but this time it was unbearable. We ordered dosa, and it was so bad that we couldn't even eat it. Honestly, this hotel is surviving only because of the fuel station and parking space -- definitely not for its restaurant or service. It's better to travel hungry than to stop here again and face such rude people and tasteless food.
Average. Dosa was not great. Not hot and not crispy. This place used to be great. Not now. Park not maintained. Looks like some old government building. Super expensive as well. Don't recommend it.
I've been eating at this restaurant during my highway travels for ten years. It used to be great with clean restrooms and tasty food. But lately, the food quality has gone down a lot. The staff is still friendly and helpful, which is good. But the food doesn't taste as good as it used to. It's not as enjoyable as before, and that's disappointing. I've had mixed feelings about this place recently. I hope they can improve the food quality to match their great service.
Located in the national highways road between Trichy and Chennai. Car parking is available. We had a lunch. Taste is good. Overcrowd and it takes time to serve. Supervising and monitoring is missing.
