During a recent trip to Kumbakonam we dined at this pure vegetarian outlet Iyyangar Cafe. Right from 7 AM onwards they serve a limited but absolutely delightful fare for breakfast along with filter coffee and tea. Lunch is the usual thaali meals and a choice variety of rice. The ambience is naturally well lit with good and ample seating. The service is adequate. There are no printed version of the menu, just rattled of verbally. They offer venues for get-togethers and functions and hotel rooms. A clean and spacious property, we left feeling absolutely chuffed.
